JOAQUIN PEREZ- GUISADO ROSA Dr. Joaquin Perez-Guisado Rosa has as research interests: Nutrition and Metabolism, Sport supplementation, Weight loss, Sport Medicine, Pharmacology, Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He was born in Cordoba at 18/06/1976 and completed his primary school studies at the public school “Santo Tomas” (Jaen) and his secondary studies at the public school “Fuente de la Peña” (Jaen), obtaining the final grade of honors Dr. Joaquin Perez-Guisado Rosa studied Veterinary (2000) at the University of Córdoba (Spain) and Human Medicine and Surgery (2004) at the University of Granada (Spain). He got the PhD in Veterinary (2004) and the International PhD in Medicine (2014) at the University of Córdoba (Spain), both PhDs with the best qualification ‘cum laude’. He was the Medical Director (2005-2008) at a pharmaceutical laboratory (Laboratorios Pérez Giménez, Córdoba, Spain). He got 4 certificates on National Personal Trainer of Bodybuilding and Fitness (2002, Spanish Association of Bodybuilding and Fitness, AEF), Homeopathy (2006, Homeopathy institute of Cataluña, Spain), Phytotherapy (2006, Spanish Association for Continuing Education in Health Sciences and Education, Jaén, Spain) and Animal Experimentation (2008, Junta de Andalucía, Spain). Dr. Joaquin Perez-Guisado Rosa has 2 Master Degrees: in Sport Medicine (2006, Spanish Association for Continuing Education in Health Sciences and Education, Jaén, Spain) and Pharmacovigilance and Postauthorization studies (2007, University of Sevilla , Spain). He finished the Medical Specialty of Reconstructive, Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery (2013) at the University Hospital of Reina Sofia (Córdoba, Spain). Dr. Joaquin Perez-Guisado Rosa has done internships of Reconstructive, Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery in USA (3 months in Birmingham, Alabama, 2010; 3 months in Miami, Florida, 2013), Chile (3 months in Santiago de Chile, Chile, 2011) and Czech Republic (3 months in Brno, 2012). He discovered and published the weight loss program internationally known as “Ketogenic Mediterranean diet”. Dr. Joaquin Perez- Guisado Rosa has published 40 Scientific articles, 29 Scientific communications and has been Guest Speaker 9 times. He is member of the editorial board of the following international journals: “International Journal of Burns and Trauma”, “Journal of Dermatology and Plastic Surgery”, “Obesity and Control”, “Obesity and Control Therapies”. He has been Honorary Collaborative Professor at the Genetic Department at the University of Cordoba (Spain) and currently he is a member of the “Spanish Society of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (SECPRE) and the Spanish Society of Sport Medicine (FEMEDE). Dr. Joaquin Perez-Guisado Rosa has been working as a Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon from 2013 to now in several Hospitals and at present he is in Hospital Virgen del Mar (Almeria), Hospital Cruz Roja de Córdoba and Policlínica Jaén. About Joaquin Perez-Guisado Rosa’ personal merits we can highlight: National award to the best veterinary student record of Spain graduated from 95 to 2000, first place in the election of the Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery Speciality in the National Spanish Oppositions for Hospital Residents in Spain (Mir 2007), First prize for the best oral communication presented in the National Congress of the Spanish Society of Wounds (Madrid, February, 2012), First prize for the best oral communication presented in the Andalusian Congress of the Spanish Society of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (SACPRE, Jaén, November, 2012). Currently Dr. Joaquin Pérez-Guisado Rosa is very specialized and performs his private activity in the field of sport medicine and fitness, nutrition, sport supplementation, medicine and plastic surgery, practicing as a consultant and expert in the following areas: nutrition, fat loss, muscle growth, anti-aging therapy, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty, otoplasty, face lifting, nymphoplasty, penis enlargement, buried penis surgery, circumferential tummy tuck and dermolipectomies after massive weight loss, high definition abdominal marking, liposucction, liposculpture, buttocks augmentation.
