www.ceotodaymagazine.com CEO Today Healthcare Awards 2019 20 USA KEVIN GUEST CEO of USANA Health Sciences Kevin Guest is the Chief Executive Officer of USANA Health Sciences, a global, billion-dollar health and nutritional company located in Salt Lake City, Utah. USANA was founded in 1992 and develops scientifically-advanced nutritional, personal-care, and healthy living products. As CEO, Kevin has overseen record company growth as well as new product development, strategic marketing, and USANA’s audio, video, and event productions worldwide. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Direct Selling Association, and a member of the CEO Council for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations. Also an accomplished musician, Kevin has performed at the Grand Ole Opry, has played on stage with such greats as Kenny Loggins, Tommy Shaw, Eddie Money, and Belinda Carlisle, and continues to perform part time with country music superstar Collin Raye. He has also filmed rockstars that include Ozzy Osbourne, Jon Bon Jovi, Kiss, and the Scorpions. Kevin Guest has been the driving force behind USANA’s massive success since his ascension to being named full-time CEO in late 2016, after being co-CEO for two years. Kevin has been with USANA since its humble beginnings in 1992 when he was contracted by USANA to produce its live events. Kevin has seen the ups and downs, the good and the bad, but he has always shown bright in every position he’s held with the company. When he was president of the company, Kevin saw USANA’s Associate base grow in several different regions and was instrumental in USANA expanding to Colombia, South Korea, and Indonesia over the past several years. USANA has always been at the forefront of science and nutrition, but that has been as evident as ever the last few years. Under Kevin’s leadership, USANA had two of its biggest, most important product launches in its storied history: the groundbreaking InCelligence Technology® in 2016, and the Celavive® skincare system in 2018.
