If you keep looking at this long- term strategy and adapting your organization and team to what is needed for delivery, you can keep the long-term view as well as the execution capability. That will allow a step-by- step vantage of what will become a best-in-class international company. What has been your proudest accomplishment as CEO of Curium? How did you achieve this? The formation of Curium in itself. Nuclear medicine has existed for 50-60 years, and our biggest accomplishment has been to pull together Curium and to create a player in the industry which can provide clients with reliable supply for a comprehensive portfolio of high-quality nuclear medicine products. This combination of capabilities was not accessible to clients before Curium. The foundation of the company was created by combining the assets of other companies in the industry, which came together to create a unique position that could provide the value proposition to work with clients. This has created a financial flow in pharma and nuclear infrastructure that can invest into innovation and systematically bring new products into the market. By creating Curium, we have built a platform that enables us to invest in technological advancements and grow the field of nuclear medicine. In short, my greatest achievement has been to pull Curium together, to deliver the value proposition in nuclear medicine with existing products, and to expand the capabilities of evaluating and investing in new products to bring them to market for the nuclear medicine practice. What is your main goal for Curium moving forward? For nuclear medicine, which has the capability to bring an isotope inside a specifically targeted cell, you can adapt and deploy the technology to get a better diagnostic and therapeutic tool for certain patients. The goal of Curium is to move forward and launch several innovative diagnostic and therapy products in the next few years. Curium is a game changer in terms of bringing innovation to nuclear medicine: we have the capability to deliver the current product of nuclear medicine better, faster and with higher levels of reliability and compliance which is necessary as a starting point. We are now moving and using this infrastructure, assets, skills and people to bring innovation into the nuclear medicine market.
