Dave became the firm’s Managing Partner and CEO in 2013 after holding several key leadership positions, including COO, Partner-in-Charge and Audit Practice Leader. As CEO, Dave is responsible for carrying out the policies and objectives adopted by the firm’s Board of Directors (and being the Guinea pig who gets called on first during every fun’’ HR ice breaker). He oversees the management and profitability of the firm and is responsible for implementing and monitoring actions to achieve the firm’s strategic and long-range plans. Dave is also responsible for monitoring developments in the accounting profession and business environment in order to determine their relevance to the firm and its market leadership position.
